I was recently asked by an old friend if I still take pictures. It hadn’t occured to me I haven’t gone out on a photo stroll in almost a year. So I thought I’d start where most people do, their surroundings.

3 months ago my family moved into a new place. Its an apartment smack in the middle of “historical Mazatlan.” And my, it is breathtaking. I love being surrounded by such historic beauty. Some of these buildings are over a hundred years old. And the abandoned ones are by far my favorite. Especially when they’ve got wild flowers growing out of them (last photo).
