I’ve been learning that almost every aspect of life is effected directly by how you think of yourself.
Work.
School.
Friendships.
Dreams.
All of it. What I think of myself will determine what I do or, better yet, what I hesitate from doing in life.
This whole thing of l-i-f-e is wrapped in a common concept; identity.
Its so important to realize who you are. To find the strength in the truth of it.
To let it carry you to the heights of dreams and purposes.
Because without knowing who we are, how would we know what or why or when or where or how.
For me:
I’m the daughter of God Almighty. I’m redeemed. I’m capable. I’m persevering. Because I’ve found true contentment in the mysteries and faithfulness of God. Forever and today. I’m seated in Heavenly places. By the graciousness of Jesus.
2012 is looking full.
Downfalls of 2011? No India.
Ups of 2011? Morocco, Spain, School, Family trips, Leading.
I’m moving to California this spring. I’ll be pioneering a media sect. at a YWAM base there.
I was recently offered an internship at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland to work for the Ecuadorian Ambassador. I’ve accepted. I’ll be heading that way come summer or fall or 2012.
Dreams are coming true. They don’t just “do”, they are.
